The Diploma and Degree application fee is N500 and N1000 respectively,  this is subject to change without notice.

All incumbent students are to watch out for notice on registration for the next term so that they can register against the next course they will like to take pending the outcome of the final test for the current course which they must pass before they can be allowed to consummate whatever spot they register for.

Full payment are to be made to the cashier during registration, official receipt must also be collected for all payments.

If after registration, a prospective candidate has a genuine reason to withdraw his money, this will be refunded, but a 10% handling charges will be deducted from the total amount paid. All request for the refund must be made within 20 days to the Principal through writing.

Anyone who is registered and fails to report one week after commencement of classes will forfeit his space.

If for no good reason a student decides to withdraw one week after commencement of classes, he will forfeit his tuition (there will be no refund or compensation for him).

If a student is expelled of discipline problem, he will forfeit his tuition, there is no refund for him.

These are issued to new students for identification and the cost is N200 per student. It is good for two years whereby if a student is not through with the studies within two years, it could be renewed.

Every new student is expected to pay the sum of N300. This amount is sent to our head office, the ECWA Education Department for administrative running cost.

The need to improve on the quality of our services, facilities and infrastructure in the Institute is of great importance, because this will ensure that our students have conducive learning environment. All new students will pay the sum of 500 for the first term while returning students will pay N200.

This money is used towards the development of our land on the permanent site by Domkat Bali Road.
