The General Church Council is the
highest policy-making body and meets once in a year at the
Headquarters but may convene for extra-ordinary sessions as needs
arise within a year. It is the final authority in all matters
concerning ECWA Constitution, Rules, Regulations and policy making.

- DCC Delegates - each DCC sends 3
delegates to the GCC.
- Officers of the GCC who are also the
ECWA Executive.
- Trustees as Ex-Officio and non-voting
member.
- Heads of Department as Ex-Officio and
non-voting member.
